Terms & Conditions.

Sensory Creative provides digital marketing services for roofing and home-services businesses, including custom web design and development, GoHighLevel CRM setup and automation, paid advertising management, local SEO, and booking and lead-capture systems. The specific scope, timeline, and price for each engagement will be described in a written proposal or order form agreed to by both parties.

Written proposals are valid for thirty (30) days. Work begins after the proposal is accepted and the agreed deposit or first payment is received. Recurring fees are billed in advance, and performance-based fees (such as pay-per-appointment) are billed as earned. Outstanding balances are due on the dates stated in your proposal. Late payments may result in suspension of services until the balance is brought current. Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun, except where required by law.

Timely delivery depends on you providing the information we request — business details, photos, brand assets, service and pricing information, and any approvals — in a reasonable timeframe. If we are blocked on your input or on access to required accounts for an extended period, we may pause the work and resume scheduling once materials are received.

We review the strategy, designs, and messaging with you so the finished work matches your business and goals. Each engagement includes the revisions described in your proposal; additional work or out-of-scope changes will be quoted separately before the work is performed.

Once full payment is received, ownership of the final, delivered website and creative assets transfers to you. Sensory Creative retains ownership of its internal tools, frameworks, and processes, and may reference or display completed work in its portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

Our services rely on third-party platforms and providers such as hosting, domain registrars, GoHighLevel, advertising networks (including Meta), analytics, and payment processors. We are not liable for delays, outages, policy changes, account suspensions, or pricing changes imposed by those providers.

Both parties agree to keep non-public business information shared during an engagement confidential and to use it only for the purposes of delivering or receiving the services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sensory Creative's total liability for any claim arising from the services is limited to the fees you paid us for the specific service in the three (3) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, loss of use, or loss of business opportunity.

Either party may terminate a recurring engagement with thirty (30) days written notice. Project-based work may be terminated for material breach if not cured within fifteen (15) days of written notice. Upon termination, fees for work performed up to the termination date remain payable.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Colorado.
